Who are we?
Our Mission
MAGA BLACK GEORGIA (MBG) a subsidiary of Velaire Washington Enterprises International inc., “a for profit” organization. The mission of MBG, is to unite and empower Black males aged 18-34 across the state of Georgia with the final intention to be inclusive of all minority groups in the state. This specific demographic has shown significant shifts in the 2024 presidential election political preferences. The MBG focus is to understand minority challenges in achieving the American Dream. In Georgia, Dr. Gordon W. Rolle Jr., serves as the state director of MBG.
Our Objectives
The Maga Black Georgia organization is a subsidiary of Velaire Enterprises International Inc. LLC. We aim to identify and address the issues faced by Black males aged 18 – 34 through surveys and outreach efforts. Initially centered in metro-Atlanta, our outreach has expanded to cities in Georgia with significant Black and minority populations such as Macon, Augusta, Savannah, Columbus, Albany, Waycross, Fort Valley, and Tifton.
Outreach Operations
Our outreach strategies include
- Robo calls, door-to-door interviews, and visits to barbershops.
- Videotaped discussions to engage with community voices.
- Town hall gatherings, fairs, celebration events, and rallies.
- The MAGA BLACK GEORGIA NEWS NETWORK, providing a platform to amplify American voices and defend free speech rights amid growing challenges in social media, news networks, and political arenas.
MAGA BLACK Georgia Empowerment Crusade (MBGEC)
MBGEC organizes symposiums focused on:
- Building productive citizenship.
- Promoting career awareness.
- Empowering political engagement.
- Fostering spiritual enlightenment within Georgia’s Black and minority communities, with plans to expand statewide.
Dr. Gordon W. Rolle Jr
At St. Agnes Hospital, eleven years prior to Dr. Gordon Washington Rolle Jr’s birth, Jack Johnson, the famous boxer died in that same hospital. Located adjacent to St. Agnes Hospital, was St. Augustine College, an HBCU in Raleigh, North Carolina, where Dr. Rolle’s parents, Reverend Gordon W. Rolle Sr. and Judith Rolle met at Shaw University and remained in the Raleigh Durham area until the family moved to Los Angeles, California in 1960.
Dr. Rolle experiences growing up in Southern California in the 1960’s was influenced by the hippie, Black Panther, and the Watts race riots that were part of the cultural explosion and Ronald Regan, as governor of the state of California. By the end of the sixties, in 1969, Mr. Rolle, Sr wanted to join his countrymen in the Bahamas as that country embarked towards the future of an independent Black Country. Dr. Rolle, his brother and mother relocated with his father to Nassau, New Providence in the Bahamas.
Dr. Rolle’s father worked his way to becoming his party’s branch chairman before he decided to run for office as an independent area representative candidate. After his defeat, he and his family were forced to move out of the country. They relocated to Atlanta, Georgia.
Dr. Rolle enrolled at Bethune-Cookman College (BCC) and majored in Sociology with a minor in Communications. While attending BCC, Dr. Rolle participated in a college work study program as a BCC radio station announcer, and was promoted to the radio station manager of WBCC when the college was awarded a Federal Grant for broadcasting an accredited college courses on the air that allowed WBCC to broadcast into the greater Daytona Beach Area for the first time by transmitter.
As a member of the college chapter NAACP, Dr. Rolle participated in a protest march against South Africa’s tennis team that came to Vanderbilt University, for the schools’ tennis tournament. As a member of the Bethune-Cookman college political science club, Dr. Rolle represented his college in a mock United Nations seminar as the United States ambassador to the United Nations and met the current U.S. ambassador to the U.N. Jean Kirkpatrick. Dr. Rolle also served as a Neighborhood Representative for the City of Daytona Beach for two years.
After graduating from Bethune-Cookman with a B.A. in Sociology, Dr. Rolle enlisted in the United States Air Force active duty and the United States Air Force Reserve before he was honorably discharged after serving a total of 16 years. Dr. Rolle began working as a substitute teacher in the Atlanta Public School System in 1990 while he studied towards completing his teaching certificate. Shortly after, Dr. Rolle began working as a certified teacher with the Dekalb County School System, Dr. Rolle wrote a community service grant for the Georgia Learn and Serve organization.
Dr. Rolle started studying for his master’s degree in educational leadership at Argosy University in 2006. Dr. Rolle completed his specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction in 2011 and completed his doctoral degree in Teaching and Learning in 2016 also at Argosy University. Dr. Rolle taught for Fulton County School System from 2016 and 2020.
Currently, Dr. Rolle is employed as the President of Velaire Washington Enterprise International Inc., an educational consulting organization and Heritage-Atlanta, a Property Tax Auditor Consultant company.
Dr. Rolle served as Precinct Manager, Precinct Clerk, Ballot Counter, Ballot Recount Observer, Ballot Adjudicator, and Mail in Ballot Opening Observer with the Fulton County Elections Board from 2018 until 2024. Dr. Rolle ran for State of Georgia House District 65 Representative in 2016. He was a member of the Republican Leadership Group, class of 2018. Dr. Rolle serves as Chairman of Georgia House District 65 since 2019. Dr. Rolle served as the Vice Chair of the Fulton County Republican Party from 2021 to 2023. Dr.Rolle is currently a committee member of the Georgia 6th District and currently is the State Director of MAGA Black Georgia, a political interest group.
Dr. Rolle is a founder of the Women in Aviation International chapter, “Rhythm of Wings”, past member of the Atlanta Aerotropolis Education Collective, South Fulton Chamber of Commerce, Fulton County Citizens University, Fulton County Police Citizens Academy, Fulton County Sheriff’s Citizen Academy, Ben-Hill United Methodist Church, The Kingdom of God International Ministry. Currently he holds membership in the Georgia Black Republican Council, Faith and Freedom Coalition, Federated Republican Women of Fulton County, and a member of Southside Church in Serenbe, Georgia.
Dr. Rolle is married to Dr. Sonia Francis-Rolle. Together as a blended family, they have 5 children, three of the 5 children are married and 5 grandchildren. The couple have lived in the City of South Fulton since the year 2009.
